ok after doing some charity benefits, regional touring and opening for some national acts. We are finally ready to do an actual D-SuL show again here in Lex-town. So On Saturday September 30th we taking over the A1A concert hall and partying our asses off.....and maybe...just maybe....uncle Jager will come visit. Come out and lets get this party rolling.

OK We have taken a breather but we are about to get back in the saddle again. We have a shit ton of stuff though for you guys....so here it goes......

First we have a bunch of new pics and a slide show from recent shows including the Buckcherry gig. (wow what a fun time). So stop by the page, check em out, and give us a shout.

Second.... We are very close to receiving the MASTERED versions of our three song DEMO that you guys have been wearing out(you fuckers rule). When we have them in hand we will post them here and make them all down-loadable for the first couple of days so stay tuned.

D-SuL is returning to the studio to complete its recording for the last three songs of our EP. Two of these songs are never before heard live or otherwise and we cant wait to play them for you.

We are working out the details of our CD release show. We will be dropping the curtain on several new tunes INCLUDING the two new onces that will be on the EP. As soon as all of the details are ironed out we will let all of you guys know about the bill (you wont believe this one)....

Also we will be posting the tour dates for the rest of the year very soon. Which may include picking up a leg of a tour for a cluster of dates with a national recording artist (still waiting for conformation)....

We are also poised to announce some new endorsement news (that we are VERY excited about)...... and last but certainly not least......we have the shipment of the new and improved D-SuL shirts including some cute girly tank tops (coming to a show near you)....

First I want to say thanks for everybody who came out and supported us in the opening round of WKQQ's Decent Exposure battle of the bands. You guys got us into the finals for which we are Unbelievably thankful.... but we need you one last time......This Wed. the 12th Doors open at 8pm in the final round of compitition. We will be the first band playing so get there early... we start at 9pm sharp. We are going to tear this place down. So far this has been alot of fun we have made tons of new friends and we want that party to continue.....This is a loaded bill with four great bands.

OK....Here is the deal folks. D-SuL has been chosen as one of the the participnts in this years 100.1 wkqq battle of the bands. If you are in the central Kentucky area give us a hand and lend us your support. Come out and enjoy what is going to be a great show then cast your vote to help us win this contest.

We would also like to thank the 500 or so folks who came out and threw down with us at the Standalone Choppers Biker rally last weekend. We had a blast all the bands were great. I would especially like to thank the attractive women who felt the need to get naked on stage....My GOD I love this biz.

First off we would like to thank all the folks who came out to the Hospitality House Benefit this past weekend down in Lexington Ky. It was a great day for local music in central Kentucky as well as for a worthy charity. It was an absolute blast of a show. We love it when folks get on stage with us.

Now on to the current state of the union.... D-SuL will be performing this weekend at the Stand Alone Choppers' biker rally at the Madison County Kentucky Fairgrounds. I can't tell you how excited we are about this. The event spans three days, June 9-11, and features over 30 bands as well as many other activities. You can find all the info at Standalonechoppers.com We will be performing on Saturday the 10th at 8pm just before Nashville Recording artist Tim Hellard. The cost of admission is $20 for a one day pass but just $30 for all three days. There is room to camp and coolers are welcome inside the grounds (can we say BYOB) not to mention it is open to anyone 18 and up.

Our three demo tracks are finished being mixed and now are being mastered. The Mixed versions will be available for listening by tomorrow morning on our Myspace page. The Forum is back up and running so get your asses on there and make some freakin noise. We have The Hospitality House benefit coming up on June third, and then the biggest damn party on the planet on June 10th. Check the tour page for details.

If you haven't noticed we have had some trouble with the website, but everything is on the upswing now(apparently servers don't really drink beer). The site has been updated and will remain so. The forum will be up and running in the next few days as well. Hell we are even going to have some new pics pretty soon...

D-SuL has finished recording our first professional three song demo. It is now in final mixing and mastering stages as we speak and will be finished very soon. I should have another update in the next day or two so stay tuned. The Demo will not be a public release as it will primarily be used for press pack purposes, however..... I am sure if you come out to the shows that some copies may accidentally slip out...LOL. All three songs will be available to listen to on our myspace page and one will be available for download. The songs will also be made available for listening here on the site.

The good news is that we will be returning to the studio in late June or early July and recording an additional two songs (possibly new and previously unheard) and then releasing a five song EP in August that will be available to the public at a price of $5(wish it could be for free but we have to pay the studio somehow...LOL).

Last but certainly not least we have three big shows coming up in the immediate future. First this Thursday the 18th D-SuL will be sharing the stage with one of our favorite bands Best Selling Authors at The Dame on main street in Lexington Ky. Come out for what is going to be a high energy low drag show. Then on Saturday June 3rd we will be donating our time to a great cause and playing the Hospitality House benefit at Avio in lexington Ky. Guys this is a great cause and an opportunity to see 20 bands of different genres come together and throw down for charity. Then on Saturday June 10th D-SuL is pleased to be a part of the biggest bike show in Central Kentucky. The Great Stand Alone bike rally held at the fair grounds in Richmond Ky. 27 bands over three days starting on the 9th and ending the eleventh. It will be huge. Stay tuned for more details.
